By accessing or using Sanjana Digital Service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility

  • Only verified client partners (retailers) may access and use the platform.
  • End users must use services exclusively through authorized retail outlets.

2. Services Offered

We provide digital financial services including:

  • ✅ Aadhaar-based withdrawals
  • ✅ PAN card services
  • ✅ UPI and QR payments
  • ✅ Insurance and utility bill payments

3. Responsibilities

  • Retail partners must ensure accurate and valid data entry.
  • Any misuse or unauthorized activity may result in account suspension or legal action.
  • Retailers are responsible for collecting and verifying customer KYC as per guidelines.

4. Payment and Settlement

  • All transactions are recorded and settled via the official partner dashboard.
  • Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

  • Non-compliance with terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Breach of agreement or misuse of services

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra Uttar Pradesh.
