Where can I download the official app?
Use Download Android App on this website. It always points to the latest official SDS APK. On your computer, scan the download QR with your phone.
How do I track an application?
Open the relevant service status screen on the website or app. You can see application details, check status and open an acknowledgement when it is available.
Can I share an acknowledgement with a customer?
Yes. The app can open the Android share sheet for a PDF and application details. Caption support varies by receiving app; you can also copy the caption.
How does app support work?
Start with the SDS assistant in chat support. If the assistant cannot resolve your request, you can connect with the support team. App calling is also available for support.
What do I need for app notifications?
