Return & Refund Policy

Our services are digital and usually non-refundable. However, we acknowledge that specific situations may qualify for a refund under reasonable and valid circumstances.
✅ Eligible Refunds
- Double payment due to a technical error
- Failed transactions with no service delivered
- PAN application rejected with valid proof
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
- Successfully delivered services (PAN, UPI, Insurance, etc.)
- Delays due to third-party systems (UIDAI, NSDL, etc.)
- Incorrect inputs by the user (e.g., wrong Aadhaar or PAN number)
🔁 Refund Process
- Submit a complaint via dashboard or email within 48 hours of the transaction
- Include transaction ID, valid proof, and a clear reason
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
