Return & Refund Policy

Our services are digital and usually non-refundable. However, we acknowledge that specific situations may qualify for a refund under reasonable and valid circumstances.

✅ Eligible Refunds

  • Double payment due to a technical error
  • Failed transactions with no service delivered
  • PAN application rejected with valid proof

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successfully delivered services (PAN, UPI, Insurance, etc.)
  • Delays due to third-party systems (UIDAI, NSDL, etc.)
  • Incorrect inputs by the user (e.g., wrong Aadhaar or PAN number)

🔁 Refund Process

  • Submit a complaint via dashboard or email within 48 hours of the transaction
  • Include transaction ID, valid proof, and a clear reason
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
